About Me
Hi, I’m Jim.
When I’m publishing I use my full name James Campion Conway. A bit pretentious, I know.
But, little did I know that, James Conways are a dime a dozen. I’ve got three of them in my family alone. So, I’ve learned to differentiate myself in a market where it is very easy for writers to get lost, never to be seen by a reader again.
But, to you, I’m just Jim.
One of the reasons I developed e-novel-advisor is because I believe that each and every one of us is the physical manifestation of universal power.
But, I’m frustrated.
You see, life, your life, whether you are a man or a woman, boy or girl, is a hero’s journey.
This journey is an actual twelve stage process that a human being faces over the course of his or her life and thousands of times within it.
It starts with the hero as a regular person in an ordinary, everyday world until he or she hears a call to adventure.
But, people being as they are, the hero inevitably refuses the call to action until he is forced to face the situation and crosses the threshold that will forever change his or her life.
I believe that most of the frustration in people’s lives is because they have refused their call to adventure.
For whatever reason, they stay, locked like prisoners, in lives that are much smaller than they should be.
So, if you are frustrated with your life, the source of your frustration may very well be that you have ignored the call to realize your own innate greatness, the call to write the novel you just know is inside you.
But, it’s not your fault.
You see, most people live lives as half-conscious creatures; a milling crowd of sleepwalkers hypnotized by the daily din of human drudgery into believing there’s nothing more to life.
I believe that society is the problem but I also believe that the solution lies within you.
I believe that you were born to be a writer.
But, you know that already.
You know you were born to share your story with the world.
And so, I have developed e-novel-advisor to remind people of their true natures and inspire you, yes you, to fulfill the promise of your birth.
You may be working a job you don’t like and living a life that doesn’t suit you.
I’ve been there before and I can tell you that all that ends when you pick up a pen and start becoming the person you were born to be.
Yes, it will be a lot of hard work.
But, where the hard work begins, the frustration ends.
And, e-novel-advisor will be here to help you each step of the way.
Ever wonder how to overcome writer’s block? Well, take a look here.
Ever wonder how to write lifelike characters that people will pay money to read about? Then just try this on for size.
My goal is not necessarily to teach you how to write or publish or market your books, though I do.
My goal is to give you unique insight that you will not get anywhere else.
This is why I am developing courses on How To Write Like Your Favorite Writers and How To Write A Novel In The Nooks And Crannies Of Your Busy Day and The Common Elements Of Best Selling Novels, with more being added over time.
To that end I have implemented a survey for you to tell me exactly what resources you want from e-novel-advisor. Let me know and I will do my best to deliver.
Or, just send me an email.
Even if you just introduce yourself and tell me about what’s going on in your life, I’d love to know.
We’re in this together.
And, that is why I developed e-novel-advisor to be a mastermind group for people with similar dreams and ambitions.
But, I do not consider this my site, I consider it yours.
I really want to give you all the support I can in achieving your dreams. You deserve at least that much.
So, there are forums where you can meet other writers from all over the world and share your ideas.
There is even a forum where you can get your work critiqued and critique the work of others.
Then, when you finally feel your work is polished enough to publish, you can request a review from the fellow members of e-novel-advisor.
Quite simply, e-novel-advisor is your first step to writing a novel and the last word on marketing it.
So, get to work and don’t die with the story in you!
